  • 3.Which networks are compatible with Kredit Sente?
    Currently, Kredit Sente supports MTN and AIRTEL networks. We are considering to expand our network coverage soon.
  • 4.Can I change my ID number after my loan is approved?
    Unfortunately, no changes can be made once a loan is approved. At Kredit Sente, we adhere to strict data integrity protocols, so details used in a successful loan application cannot be altered. Please verify all details before submission.
  • 5.Can I deactivate my account?
    According to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, we collect data to assess loan eligibility. This information is not sold or distributed. If you wish to deactivate your account, repay all loans and uninstall the Kredit Sente app.

    Interest rates depend on your repayment history and lending costs. A 12%-45% origination fee applies for a 180-day term, with borrowers responsible for any mobile money transaction expenses.

    To repay your loan, follow these steps:
    1.Open the Kredit Sente app.
    2.Tap "My Loan."
    3.Select your loan.
    4.Choose "Repay Ahead of Schedule."
    5.Verify the details, select a repayment method, and confirm by tapping "Repay Now."
    6.Complete the repayment process.
  • 16.Where can I view my repayment schedule?
    Go to "My Profile" and then "Loan History" to see due dates and amounts owed.
  • 17. My repayment isn't reflected. What next?
    If you don't receive confirmation, send the transaction confirmation message and payment number to our "Customer Care" within hours.
