applicable), and an Account ID and/or password that you will need to
access the App after registering.
You must give us any relevant information that may be legitimately
needed in order for the App to operate as intended. When you pay with
a payment using the App's electronic money feature, for example, you
will provide us with the following details: the kind of payment card
or mobile wallet account you are using, the name of the issuer, the
name of the account holder, the number of the payment card or mobile
wallet account, and the total amount paid.
EVERY TIME YOU USE THE APP OR VISIT OUR WEBSITE, THE INFORMATION BELOW IS COLLECTED.
We may gather certain technical information about your use of the App
or our Website when you visit it. This information may include your IP
address, the length of each visit or session, the media access control
address or internet device identity (ID) of the device you are using
to access the App or our Website, and the make, model, and operating
system of the device.
Cookies may be used to automatically gather certain information
whenever you use the app or visit our website. Cookies are little
program files that are kept on your computer or mobile device. We use
cookies to track user behavior in order to improve the user interface
and experience. Though most mobile devices and web browsers allow
cookies to be used, you can adjust your device's or browser's settings

on your mobile device.

information from your phonebook, including names, phone numbers, and

peers to our app or choose your references in a loan application.
Your geolocation information is collected when the application is in
the forefront. We try our best to prevent the App from collecting your

including usage patterns and trends of the services offered through
the app; and

present or sell you goods or services, may fall under this category.
If you have subscribed to our mailing list, we will only share your
Personal Information with Affiliates if it will help them manage our

information may be processed and/or stored by our Affiliate in another
country, under the supervision of our group company in your country.

and your emergency contact (if they have given their approval) for the
purpose of verifying your details in the event that we are unable to
get in touch with you through other channels or in the event that we
have not received your payment in relation to the Loan.
d.You may withdraw your agreement to any or all collection, use, or
sharing of your personal information at any time by giving us a fair
written notice using the contact information listed below.
Furthermore, you can use the "unsubscribe" or "opt-out" option that
appears in our correspondence with you to withdraw your consent for us
to send you particular communications and information. You understand
and agree that you might not be able to use the App or certain parts
of the Service after making such a withdrawal, depending on the
situation and the type of consent you are withdrawing. If you withdraw
your consent, your Account or our contractual relationship may be
ended, and all rights and obligations that have accrued will be
completely reserved. We will notify you of the possible consequences

b.Links to the advertiser's website can be found in the advertising on
our app or website. As a result, the relevant advertiser will gather
and use any information it receives as a result of your clicking on

RESTRICTIONS FROM LIABILITY
Any indirect, incidental, consequential, extraordinary, exemplary, or
punitive damages that might arise from the following are not covered
by us:
a.Your incapacity to utilize or access the app, or how you employ and
depend on it; or

Any delay or nonperformance resulting from events outside of our
